It’s been a while since I’ve recorded a Late Night Quickie Cover (2 years, actually!). Here’s one of “Pompeii” by Bastille, in stereo…so you’ll have to put in both earbuds to hear properly if you’re using those. Enjoy, and goodnight!
Here’s the second of two covers from this weekend. This time it’s Bastille’s “Things We Lost in the Fire”, which is an absolutely wonder tune to listen to…so I took it upon myself to do it in a somewhat different key and cut the song up slowly with each of my serrated guitar strings. I’m actually quite thankful my strings aren’t actually serrated. It kind of helps that the nylon classical is still being commissioned as I eventually convince myself to install the replacement string for the steel acoustic.
