I was doing some random research today, and I discovered a few things about Bang! Firstly, there were two expansions to bang, in addition to Dodge City – High Noon and A Fistful of Cards. High Noon added new scenarios which would be played in the beginning and last the entire game. These effects could be everyone losing one health point per turn to having dead people return from the grave. A Fistful of Cards is basically the same…except its not discontinued like High Noon.
There will also be a 3rd edition of Bang to be released this year, which will include the expansions!
…and that’s about it, sadly. There is also an unofficial expansion available online (bang.cz?) called Eldorado…which we have to print ourselves. I don’t think I’ll be buying the 3rd edition, mainly because I don’t have the need for it, but if you’re looking to buying your own copy of Bang, be prepared to shell out $40 or more (CDN) for the 3rd edition package!
